Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Crown Oil UK. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services across various locations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Schedules and Appointments: You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and managing project timelines for our nationwide team of engineers, ensuring on-time delivery of services.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: You will maintain accurate records and databases related to engineering tasks and appointments, providing valuable insights into project progress.
  • Facilitate Communication: You will facilitate communication between engineers, clients, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare Reports: You will prepare reports and documentation as needed to track project progress and resources.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in scheduling software and database management is also essential.
