Store Leadership and Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a Store Leadership and Customer Experience Director to join our team at Wolverine Worldwide Inc. in the United States.
Job Description:This role will oversee store management, lead cross-functional teams, and make data-driven decisions to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales teams, developing store operations strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Salary:$100,000 - $120,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee store management, including hiring, training, and developing sales teams.
- Develop and implement store operations strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, feedback, and support to store managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, sales management, or related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
