About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director of Care and Support. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Executive Director, ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal assistance and secretarial services to the Executive Director of Care and Support
  • Support the Care & Support Committee and the wider Care & Support Executive Team
  • Manage electronic diary, making complex travel arrangements and ensuring best use of the ED's time
  • Communicate by telephone, email, and written correspondence to other offices and external agencies
  • Deal with customer complaints and monitor progress until resolved
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the Executive Director of Care & Support
  • Administer various meetings on and off site chaired by the Executive Director of Care and Support
  • Provide support to the Care & Support Executive Team as required

Requirements

  • Experience of providing administrative support
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a busy, wide-ranging role
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • High level of competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines, and manage conflicting priorities
