We are seeking a talented Nurse Specialist to join our team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a challenging role and contribute to the development of our services.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist nursing care to patients, and working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans. You will have a strong nursing background and excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Nurse Specialist, you will have a deep understanding of the complexities of patient care, and be able to identify and address areas for improvement. You will be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- To provide specialist nursing care to patients, and work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- To identify and address areas for improvement in patient care, and implement changes as needed.
- To communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, and provide emotional support as needed.
- To lead by example, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care.
- A strong nursing background, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality care, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.
