We are seeking a dedicated Care Home Assistant Practitioner to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Nurse in monitoring the standard of care delivered to all residents and ensure that all residents receive quality medical and personal care.
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes that impact on care and care plans.
- Support the Home Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and business objectives, including preparing staff duty rotas.
- Identify training needs of the team and support the implementation of the home's training programme.
- Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals to ensure they meet external regulator guidelines.
- Act as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals.
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for providing quality care in our homes.
- Have experience in a relevant care role and be able to evidence full competence.
- Be qualified in, or working towards, a level three health and social care qualification.
- Be committed to ongoing professional development.
- Be up to date with all personal essential learning.
