We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and inspire a team of care professionals in a residential setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to children and young people.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of each child or young person.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the residential home, including managing budgets, resources, and staff rotas.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
- Level 3 Diploma (Children, Young People and Families) and/or working towards a Level 5 Diploma.
- At least 3 years' experience of working with children in a registered environment, with 1 year at a senior level.
- Full clean UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Experience of working in a residential setting and inter-agency work.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Competitive salary range of £36,000 to £45,000 per year.
