Job Title: Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Fresh Perspective Resourcing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to play a key role in the success of our company.

About the Job:
  • Monitor, analyse and report on working capital to ensure efficient cash management.
  • Prepare and process month-end files, balance sheets, and other reconciliations.
  • Create and circulate weekly and monthly financial reports, including cash flow forecasts.
Requirements:
  • AAT qualification and/or full/part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW.
  • Proven experience within finance, preferably in management accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, particularly Excel, and knowledge of financial systems.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to work effectively under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
