Electrical Engineer Job Description

The Electronics Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our project team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems for customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems for customer orders
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Produce Bills of Materials (BOMs) for procurement of electrical sundries
  • Coordinate with Lead Design Engineers and other Mechanical/Electrical Engineers
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, including project kick-offs and reviews
  • Conduct site surveys at customer sites, adhering to Health and Safety rules
  • Help maintain or improve project budgets by using standard parts and designs to minimize material and labor costs
  • Perform technical dialogue with clients, including filtering, submitting, and receiving project team queries
  • Process and respond to Manufacturing and Test queries in a timely manner during the project build
Requirements:
  • ONC level in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • HNC level in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Factory acceptance testing experience
  • Commercial experience
