Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient care for patients with long-term conditions
  • Support GPs with their administrative workload
  • Clinical Coding
  • Disease Management Recall
  • Depression Screening
  • Managing patient recalls
  • Administration of test reports and results
  • Ensuring patients are invited for screening
  • Coding patient records and summarising patient notes

  • Providing occasional back-up to our Reception team

Ridgeway View Family Practice is a busy general practice based across two sites, offering care to circa 14,300 patients. We operate as One Team to provide excellent patient care and a stimulating environment.
