About the Role

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to join their team at the Anglo American Woodsmith Mines. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity that requires a strong leader to oversee catering and cleaning services across the contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the creation and implementation of area business plans, area overall service delivery, and exceptional customer service in all areas in line with Aramark's strategic aims.
  • Responsible for leading a team to deliver financial commitments in revenue and margin targets, as well as identifying opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement.
  • Ultimate contract responsibility for leading people, encompassing supporting the organisation to embed their mission, vision, and values, and to build a culture of recognition and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, strong financial and accounting experience.
  • Leading, managing, and coaching a team.
  • Effectively able to build and maintain client relationships.
