Job Opportunity

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to lead the team at the Anglo American Woodsmith Mines site.

This is a permanent and full-time opportunity to drive success while overseeing catering and cleaning services across the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement area business plans to deliver exceptional customer service and meet financial targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver company commitments.
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve business objectives, focusing on employee engagement and recognition.
  • Manage the on-site team to deliver catering, retail, and cleaning services, working collaboratively with other functional support teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in food service, soft facilities, or retail.
  • Strong financial and accounting experience, with a proven track record of managing P&L.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
