Care Assistant/Nurse Role

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality nursing care to adults living with complex care and health needs at our Woolston House care home in Warrington.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Care Assistant or Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care plans that promote independence, dignity, and respect.

You will provide person-centred and evidence-based nursing care, safe administration of medication, and promote health and wellbeing.

About Us:

Woolston House is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care. Our care home supports adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia, and physical disabilities.

We have 40 large bedrooms across three units, as well as communal living space, an activities hub, sensory bathroom, and large accessible garden.

Requirements:
