Mobile Plant Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Engineer to join our team at Path Recruitment. This exciting opportunity involves working on-site at various locations across the UK, maintaining and repairing a range of heavy plant equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including screeners, crushers, and excavators.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on-site to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Perform servicing and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) on new equipment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Mobile Plant Engineer, Mobile Plant Fitter, or similar.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience working on machinery such as balers, compactors, and telehandlers.
  • Knowledge of manufacturers such as Volvo, JCB, CAT, and Terex.
