Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our Conference and Events sales team at Cottons Hotel & Spa.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to wedding and event clients, responding to their queries and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Developing and implementing event plans to showcase the hotel's facilities and maximize revenue.
  • Managing the event diary, confirming bookings, and ensuring customer needs are effectively communicated and delivered.
  • Conducting show-rounds to potential wedding and event clients, working around their schedule.
  • Attending wedding fairs and other sales events to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge.
  • Working a varied schedule, including some weekends.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about events and has a flair for organization, great communication skills, and the ability to turn ideas into reality.

You will need to be able to provide warm hospitality to customers, companies, and agents, while driving sales and achieving targets.
