At South Coast Nursing Homes, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Rookwood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Care Assistants on shift to ensure the highest delivery of care is being given.
- Allocate carers to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
- Dispense medication as required.
- Provide high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents.
- Promote independence and enablement, and provide any support to residents where necessary.
- Develop relationships with relatives to understand their needs and develop their personal care.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or working towards.
- Kind and caring with a positive approach.
- Energetic and hard-working.
- Passionate about offering superior services and making a difference.
- Team player.
