Aurora Samuel's Associates - R2R Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Resourcer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates, creating client profiles, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced recruitment tools to identify and engage with potential candidates, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Odro, and Salesforce.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Create client profiles and position descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Maintain an updated and organized candidate database, ensuring all interactions and candidate information are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
  • Support follow-up activities based on the calls and interactions made by the recruitment team throughout the day.
  • Assist with managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress on ongoing recruitment projects.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar resourcing role within a recruitment agency or talent acquisition.
  • Experience recruiting for the food or FMCG manufacturing industry.
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to confidently interact with business owners, directors, and senior leaders.
  • Strong experience with resourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Odro, Salesforce, and job posting platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging client profiles.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality results.
