Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

Touchstone is a leading mental health charity operating in communities across Yorkshire. We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Leeds.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering an integrated service to offer primary care-based mental health support for people with mild to moderate common mental health problems. You will focus on increasing access to mental health services for people in deprived areas and those who face barriers to accessing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality mental health support to individuals and groups
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and community organizations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of service plans and interventions
  • Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness
