Payroll and HR Executive

Asymchem Group is seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Payroll Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's payroll and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support the day-to-day payroll compliance requirements, including accurate, complete and timely processing of payroll, including all remittances and filings with the appropriate tax authorities and payments to employees.
- Conduct payroll inductions, including detailing explanations for international new starters/transfers.
- Support for additional EMEA payrolls (UK and Ireland).
- Partner with all key stakeholders to ensure the responsibilities and objectives of the payroll department are successfully met, including HR, the Company's external payroll service providers, and the Company's banking partners.
- Manage and monitor all the Company's policies and procedures related to payroll to ensure requirements are followed consistently and in full for each payroll cycle.
- 3+ years of experience in Payroll & HR and/or operations (shared services) in an international environment.
- Pensions and Benefits experience.
- Education qualifications – Accounting Finance or Tax background.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) required.
- Excellent organizational, project and time management skills with ability to multi-task.
