Executive Property Strategist

At Wiltshire Council, our Estates & Development Service is at the forefront of property management and development excellence. We are responsible for managing the council's extensive property portfolio, which includes strategic acquisitions, sales, and meticulous management.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Property Strategist to join our team. This role will involve driving estate management, leading various projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our goals.

• Develop and implement effective estate management strategies
• Lead projects related to property acquisitions, sales, and management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including council officials and external partners
• Provide expert advice on property-related matters

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Significant experience in estate management, property development, or a related field
