Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

As a Senior Property Strategist, you will drive estate management, leading surplus asset disposal, shaping efficiency savings, and managing a team of surveyors. Your responsibilities include overseeing a diverse caseload involving acquisitions, disposals, and Landlord and Tenant work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for property acquisition, disposal, and management
  • Lead teams of surveyors and other professionals to achieve property management objectives
  • Analyze complex data to identify commercial opportunities for income growth or cost reduction
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, council officials, and external partners
Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, our ideal candidate is equipped with a degree in estate management, professional qualifications (RICS), and a proven background in staff management and development.
