Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annumAs a Senior Property Strategist, you will drive estate management, leading surplus asset disposal, shaping efficiency savings, and managing a team of surveyors. Your responsibilities include overseeing a diverse caseload involving acquisitions, disposals, and Landlord and Tenant work.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans for property acquisition, disposal, and management
- Lead teams of surveyors and other professionals to achieve property management objectives
- Analyze complex data to identify commercial opportunities for income growth or cost reduction
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, council officials, and external partners
