About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial data and insights to support commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary on financial performance.
- Providing financial data and insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Overseeing the consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and five-year plans for the division.
- Working closely with the FP&A Manager to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Identifying and driving process improvements and efficiencies.
- Managing one to two direct reports and supporting their development.
- Partnering with finance and non-finance personnel to achieve business objectives.
- Supporting the preparation of the full-year budget, quarterly reforecasts, and five-year plan for I&C Collections.
- Reviewing and preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Providing end-of-year audit support and explanations to auditors.
- Overseeing Capex reporting and analysis, including review and feedback of investments appraisal and capital employment performance.
Requirements
- Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven track record of building excellent working relationships with senior leaders of a large-sized business.
- Strong system skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI.
