About the Role

The Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Therapy Assistants
  • Providing operational leadership and guidance to the team

  • Developing and implementing service improvements and initiatives
  • Collaborating with the Service Lead and other stakeholders to achieve team goals
