Job Title: Facilities Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management services. We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Montrose, Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage local client and CBRE budgets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  2. Control and manage service charge accounts, providing regular updates to the Account Manager.
  3. Ensure client satisfaction by achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and driving acceptable service delivery performance.
  4. Collaborate with local, central, and third-party project managers to deliver fully integrated facilities management and projects.
  5. Maintain a motivated team through management and personal development of local-based staff.
  6. Perform performance management and operational management within designated site areas.
