Job Title: Mobile Catering Officer

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £16.60 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, term time only

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a skilled Mobile Catering Officer to join their team in Cardiff. As a key member of the catering team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage services to 20 schools across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare the dining area for service, including setting up and arranging furniture.
  2. Assist in food preparation, cooking, and serving food and beverages.
  3. Clean all equipment and catering areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  4. Manage inventory of food supplies and order additional supplies as needed.
  5. Manage budgets for food supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  1. Previous catering and food preparation experience is essential.
  2. Ability to cook and prepare a variety of meals.
