We are seeking a qualified Registered General Nurse to join our Healthline team as a Nurse Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical support and guidance to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support and guidance to customers via phone, ensuring they receive the most appropriate treatment and care.
  • Take responsibility for managing call and case referrals, including escalations, complaints, and onward referrals to third parties.
  • Work unsupervised, making decisions in the absence of a manager, and ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in A&E, Triage, and Tele-med health services, with a broad knowledge of treatment pathways.
  • Ability to respond to safeguarding cases and navigate medical systems.
  • Proven risk management and assessment experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
