We are looking for an exceptional Teaching Economics Specialist to join our team as a full-time Economics Teacher at a highly successful school in Nottinghamshire. To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in Economics, excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to engage and motivate students. You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary paid to scale on MPS/UPS, ranging from £30,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Economics to students
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans with colleagues
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Requirements:

  • A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
  • Licence to work in the UK
  • Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills

Salary: Paid to scale on MPS/UPS (£30,000 - £60,000 per annum)
