We are seeking a skilled and experienced clinician to join our Integrated Urgent Care Clinical Assessment Service. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and delivering care to patients across all age-groups, some with complex needs.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to the immediate needs of the patient. This role requires substantial clinical experience in a range of settings, with previous experience working within IUC / NHS 111 as clinical advisor or health advisor.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assessment, medication advice and health information to support individuals to access the appropriate level of care.
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based healthcare.
  • Participating in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and lifelong learning to stay up-to-date with best practices and technologies.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust values diversity and inclusion, and welcomes applications from candidates from all backgrounds.
