Contact Centre Operations Manager

Walsall, Office based

Gleeson Recruitment Group is working with a large business services provider to find a Contact Centre Operations Manager to support with resource planning and drive effective services.

In this full-time, permanent position, you will work closely with the Contact Centre Manager and have management responsibilities for two direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the resource planning team to deliver an effective and efficient service to the company's operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for resource planning, including forecasting and scheduling of work.
  • Ensure the resource planning team provides accurate and timely information to the company's operations.
  • Work closely with the company's operations to understand their resource requirements and ensure the resource planning team meets these requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in resource planning, including forecasting and scheduling of work.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
