We are looking for a skilled Reinstatement Team Specialist to join our Utilities Team. As a key player in our operations, you will support the smooth delivery of our reinstatement services, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Optimise work schedules for our teams, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to KPI measures.
  2. Develop and implement plans for the reinstatement of excavations and other activities, taking into account current notice durations and operational requirements.
  3. Liaise with contract management teams and operatives to coordinate emergency work and ensure client SLA's are met.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the utilities industry.
