About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Skin + Me. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and executing our retail strategy, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the retail industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
