Rotherwood Education is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Geography Teacher to join their high-achieving department. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching KS3 and KS4 students in a well-established school in Lancashire.

The role is a full-time position starting ASAP until the end of the academic year. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position and a passion for the subject, teaching, and pupil development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and preparing lessons to meet the needs of all students
  • Attending parents' evenings and staff meetings
  • Providing details of last 2 latest references, covering the last 5 years' work history
  • Having a current DBS check or being prepared to apply for one as part of registration
  • Being committed to the safeguarding of children and young people
