Job Title: Education Support Professional

About the Role:
As a trusted classroom leader, you will take on the vital role of guiding classes of around 30 students in the absence of the class teacher. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting young people in a similar capacity, such as sports coaching or mentoring. You will be responsible for facilitating learning, managing classroom dynamics, maintaining accurate registers, and seamlessly handing over to the absent teacher.

We are working with supportive schools throughout Greater Manchester who provide a nurturing environment for you to hone your skills.

Requirements:
  • Be a natural leader with the confidence to guide a lesson in the teacher's absence.
  • Have experience of supporting young people in either a sports coaching, mentor or similar role.
  • Able to provide suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK
