We are currently recruiting for a Residential Support Assistant to join our team in Melton Constable. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism.

About the Role

You will be supporting one gentleman in his own home in Melton Constable. He may exhibit behaviours of distress at times, requiring patience and understanding from you.

The successful candidate will have a Full Manual UK/EU driving licence and access to a car. You will also be required to work occasional 2:1 shifts, including sleep ins.

Job Requirements
  • A Full Manual UK/EU driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
  • You must be able to work at homes located in Buxton, Coltishall, and Norwich.
