Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at The Dorchester Hotel. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expedite dishes from the kitchen to the front of house designated area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Prepare coffee and tea according to guests' preferences and standards.
  • Ensure dishes with special requirements are expedited to the right table, thoroughly labelled, and notify the Senior Waiter and Head Waiter.
  • Complete morning opening mise-en-place on time and closing duties, maintaining an extensive menu knowledge.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you must be able to communicate comfortably in this language.
