**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Luxury Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at COREcruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our luxury hotel, including facilities management, staff supervision, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with experience in facilities management, leadership, and financial management. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement operational plans to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including housekeeping, F&B, and front office

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel operations, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Estimated Salary:** Up to £55,000 per annum
