Job Description: We are seeking a Head of Operational Excellence to lead the development and implementation of process improvements across CV Library.

About the Role: As a Head of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, leading cross-functional teams to implement change, and ensuring seamless integration of new processes with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and developing actionable recommendations to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  2. Team Management: Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve business objectives
  3. Operational Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating operational risks to minimize potential losses and maximize returns
  4. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in to process improvements
  5. Performance Monitoring: Tracking KPIs to measure progress against business objectives and make data-driven decisions

Deliverables: A comprehensive report outlining process improvements, resource requirements, and timelines for implementation, and regular progress updates to senior management

Working Style and Approach: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering process improvements and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary and Benefits: Estimated salary £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on a 3-day week basis and expected duration of 12 months
