Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. This exciting opportunity will see you supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Salary: £12.00 per hour plus benefits
The ideal candidate will have exposure to at least two of the following areas: visual impairment, high complex physical health needs, and autism, mental health, and learning disabilities. You will be expected to demonstrate a calm, caring, and resilient nature, with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
In this role, you will provide daily care and support to individuals, helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks. You will also assist with building relationships, empowering independence, and promoting social engagement.
