We're looking for a talented People Advisor to join our People Team and help drive initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture and ensure we deliver the best for our people.
The Role
You will provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers across various areas, including employee relations, absence management, and policy implementation. This newly created role offers the chance to shape how we support our teams, improve processes, and make a lasting impact on the way we work.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers on employee relations, absence management, and policy implementation
• Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure consistent, effective support across all areas of the business
• Develop and implement strategies to improve people policies and practices
• Offer clear, practical advice that makes a positive impact on our workplace culture
