Job Summary

As a Senior Commercial Estimator at our company, you will play a key role in supporting the contract delivery team in managing costs related to construction projects. This includes procurement, monthly valuations, and recording variations. You will also provide feedback on project cost analysis across all projects and assist the contract delivery team with customer satisfaction, liaison, and quality control as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the contract delivery team in managing costs related to construction projects

  • Assist the contract delivery team with customer satisfaction, liaison, and quality control as needed

Requirements
  • Knowledgeable in the commercial industry with a meticulous approach to managing financials
  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • At least 10 years of experience in the commercial and high-end residential construction sector
  • Experience delivering projects up to £5m in value
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
