Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pupils with special educational needs to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEN, adapting to their unique needs and abilities.
  • Assist teachers in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring a tailored learning experience for all pupils.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote social, emotional, and academic growth in pupils with SEN.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting respect, empathy, and understanding among all pupils.
