We are seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Specialist to join our team at SER Limited.

About the Role

This role will involve ensuring highest water hygiene standards in line with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and analysing water samples to ensure compliance with water hygiene regulations and standards.
  • Performing temperature checks on water systems to ensure safe operational parameters.
  • Servicing and maintaining Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) to ensure proper function and compliance with safety standards.
  • Carrying out cleaning, disinfection, and chlorination of Cold Water Storage Tanks (CWST) and water systems in line with regulatory guidelines.
  • Implementing procedures to prevent Legionella risks in accordance with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.
  • Managing daily tasks and client visits efficiently to ensure all works are completed on time.
  • Delivering excellent service and providing advice on remedial actions to clients.
Essential Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in water hygiene, Legionella control, or a similar role. Proficiency in water sampling and temperature monitoring is also required. A full UK driving licence is necessary for this position.
