About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our PLM Team at Maya HTT. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering customized PLM solutions and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans in waterfall or Agile methodology, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical and sales teams to understand project scope and objectives, and collaborate with customer resources, Solution Architects, and PLM consultants to ensure project execution.
  • Resource Management: Control project budget and resource availability, and ensure that Purchase Orders are invoiced on a monthly basis.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress, and work with the delivery manager to ensure project progress and reports creation.
  • Methodology and Best Practices: Use best practice methodology to deliver projects on time and in budget, and monitor progress, scope creep, and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: More than 2 years of experience in project management in IT or PLM delivering complex software solutions or products.
  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in information technology, project management, mechanical, software, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Experience delivering multiple projects using Agile or waterfall methodology, Scrum Master or PMP would be an asset. Knowledge of PLM, IT, CAD, CAM is an asset. Experience in Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing related environment would be an asset.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, ownership, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
