About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM Solution Architect to join our team at Maya HTT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving project success and supporting our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Workstream Team: Collaborate with internal, external, and customer experts to deliver complex PLM software solutions.
  • Act as Lead Architect: Oversee the development of small projects or large workstreams, ensuring the integrity of the architectural solution.
  • Define Solution Templates: Identify standard solution templates and architectural approaches to form the solution definition, verifying accuracy and identifying missing templates that may need to be created.
  • Outline Process Changes: Assist customers in driving organizational change, ensuring a seamless transition to new processes.
  • Design and Review Specifications: Define and review design specifications, engaging with the project team to ensure the continued integrity of the architectural solution.
  • Coordinate Architecture Implementation: Oversee the implementation and modification of architectural solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs.
  • Review and Prioritize Escalated Issues: Collaborate with customers to resolve escalated technical issues, defining appropriate solution approaches and communicating effectively.
  • Mentor and Train: Mentor PLM Consultants team members, sharing your expertise as an architectural authority for PLM solutions applied to various industries.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain an understanding of the latest technical, process, and industry trends, ensuring your solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, technical peers, and other stakeholders.
  • Support Sales Pursuits: Collaborate with the sales team to develop complex solution options for PLM strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a solution architect or equivalent, delivering complex PLM software solutions or products.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of IT, CAD, CAM, and experience in Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing related environments.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, ownership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
