Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute video content strategies that align with our brand's goals and values
  • Collaborate with conceptual creatives to develop top-line responses into strong, audience-facing videos
  • Lead the development process of videos and formats, ensuring they are developed with our audience and brand partner in mind
  • Work closely with producers to execute production elements of projects, including budgets and schedules
  • Pitch and develop new ideas that will work for the LADbible Group portfolio, while providing plenty of brand-friendly attribution
  • Develop the cross-platform activation of these core ideas to work on all platforms in our ecosystem, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Video/Creative Producer, creating social-first, branded content, with a good understanding of ASA guidelines
  • Well-versed across social media platforms, with a particular interest in factual entertainment content, as well as watching broad, popular content, wherever it comes
  • Understanding of production elements, including topline level of budgets and schedules
  • Strong planning and time management, working across multiple projects at different stages, including concept development, storyboards, scripts, and edits
