Job Title: Apprentice Marketing Assistant

Freeths LLP is seeking a highly motivated and organized Apprentice Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. As an Apprentice Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our marketing strategy, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including event planning, content creation, and social media management.
  • Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email templates, using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the Events team to plan and execute internal and external events, including seminars, workshops, and networking events.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing reports and analytics, including tracking website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign ROI.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work, with a strong desire to learn and develop marketing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
