Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and operational improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with business objectives.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business development initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to drive financial performance and operational improvements.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the finance department remains competitive and efficient.

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering financial performance and operational improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
