As a Mental Health Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs. You will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for mental health care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a minimum of 150 hours of care experience, with up-to-date training in PMVA/CPI and manual handling.
