Job Role Summary
Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. You will be based in Swinton but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone.
About the Job
We are looking for a customer-focused individual to work alongside our team, providing coaching and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandising our product to visual merchandising guidelines
- Putting out deliveries of new stock
- Maintaining housekeeping standards
- Setting up promotional activities
- Building great relationships and identifying opportunities to improve sales with the host management teams
Salary and Benefits
We offer £11.44 per hour and flexible working hours that allow you to complete your full shift during the store's opening hours. You will also receive free jewellery and no weekend working.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus
- Sales and retail sales experience is preferred
- Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with Android 8.1 or later OR Apple IOS 13.4 or later
