Early Years Education Professional

As an Early Years Education Professional at Bright Horizons, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality engagement with children, supporting their developmental needs while maintaining the highest levels of supervision. You will be a key member of our team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and education to children, ensuring secure knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and child development.
- Support the observation and assessment standards in line with regulatory requirements and the Bright Horizons curriculum.
- Work in partnership with parents to support the observation and planning process, ensuring the needs of all children are met.
- Contribute to the development of a child-centred approach to operating all aspects of the nursery, ensuring the Bright Horizons curriculum is delivered to the highest standard.
- Maintain high standards of practice, adhering to internal policies and procedures, and demonstrating knowledge of regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team, ensuring essential day-to-day tasks are completed in line with nursery demands.
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding children.
- Passion for ongoing learning and personal development.
- Experience as a key person.
- Current 12hr paediatric First Aid Certificate.
- Knowledge of the early years curriculum and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly with adults and children, using a variety of techniques. You should be able to manage workload and time effectively, and be a competent user of company ICT systems.
