Workshop Technician Lead

Are you a skilled Workshop Technician or Field Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Alecto Recruitment, based in the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to engineers and clients, resolving technical issues on Fixed Gas Detection Systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a small to medium sized company that rewards their staff both verbally and financially while offering strong long term career prospects in a growing and niche industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing technical support to engineers and clients
- Resolving technical issues on Fixed Gas Detection Systems
- Working on after-sales support services
- Workshop duties including building, testing and calibration of new systems
- Service and repair of Fixed Gas Detection systems sent back to the workshop
The package includes:
- £39,500 per annum estimated salary
- Annual bonus in December
- Circa £41k OTE
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 16:30pm
- 20 days holiday rising to 25 days (1 additional per year)
- Workplace Pension
